venue hire

Emerald Community House offers rental of its Hall, Kitchen, Computer Room and Child Care Room.

These facilities are available for meetings, parties, playgroups, courses and classes, consultations and other functions.  Bookings can be one-off or regular/on-going depending upon availability.

The Hall and Child Care facilities are well equipped each with a kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, tea and coffee making provisions and a full set of crockery and glasses.  Trestle tables and chairs are available.  A 3 x 3 mtr gazebo and BBQ are also available for hire. The Computer room is an ideal space for small meeting groups.  Access and use of child care toys and materials are not included.

fees

$12.50 per hour for all rooms

$30 per day for Gazebo

security deposit

All bookings require a security deposit that is refundable after the event has been inspected.

$50 deposit applicable to all facilities.

payment

All fees must be paid for in advance.  Security and key details will be supplied upon payment and 2 days prior to the event.
